The guest rooms are well-furnished, and up to three rooms can be joined together to accommodate families. The hotel also has three suites with private entrances. Each guest room has a kitchen and a small but clean and tidy private tiled bathroom.

There's no restaurant on the premises; it's a self-catering facility. There's s grocery store close by and downtown Hamilton is 10 minutes away. Elbow Beach is a 15-minute bus, scooter or taxi ride away. A complimentary breakfast buffet of coffee and muffins is available every morning.

Standard Studio Suites: standard-sized hotel rooms with king bed, patio, private bath and a fully-equipped kitchen. The Kitchen includes oven, four burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all cooking and dining utensils and plates and glassware, etc. The standard studio suites are located either around the pool offering harbor and pool views or in a garden setting.

One Bedroom Suites: These have a bedroom, living room, bathroom and Kitchen area. They have king beds and a queen-sized pull out couch in the living room. The Kitchens have an oven, four burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all cooking and dining utensils and plates and glassware, etc. The one bedroom suites are located in a garden setting.
