Choose between two studios or six one-bedrooms—all with fully equipped kitchens. The studios ($150 year-round) have king-size beds and separate kitchens. The four sunny upstairs units have balconies, and the downstairs apartments have patios, leading onto a communal lawn and a nice pool.

The property welcomes a lot of families with children during the summer months, and Warwickshire Long Bay Playground is a few minutes' walk away. Monthly rates in winter are an astonishingly low $1,500. Early booking is recommended.

The eight air-conditioned studio and one-bedroom apartments offer safes, irons, and kitchens equipped with a separate microwave, coffee pot, stove, refrigerator, plates, glasses, and flatware. Upstairs accommodations are particularly light-filled and have balconies offering peeks of water past the well-kept residences nearby.

Rating: Inexpensive, very clean and well maintained, large units.
